I have always been searching but did not know what it was I was searching for. This feeling led me to yoga, meditation and finally my guru. After that my search intensified...and began an inner journey I never envisaged.
When i turned to art, I started painting landscapes and faces. I enjoyed this but somehow I wanted to go go beyond this. As I mastered this medium (oil) and became comfortable with it, suddenly one day something happened and I created an abstract work that somehow expressed this urge in me..and looking at it moved my being.
I realised that this was what I wanted to do..to express my inner yearning and self in art that would move others, and in which they would find their own story..the way i find my story in them.
All my abstracts reflect my questioning, my yearning for something more, to reach aand merge with something beyond the self and become one with it.
